Amazing homemade Ice Cream! You must try the Burgandy cherry and peanut butter cup ice cream. Delicious. One thing to note is that it is cash only.

I love the ice cream, but I’d honestly rather drive all the way to Dalton, pay more for the same ice cream, and waste the extra gas than deal with the customer service here. The service was very poor. After the employee made my ice cream, I said, “Thank you.” She responded with, “What?” I repeated, “Thank you,” and only then did she say, “You’re welcome.” It felt like I was interrupting a conversation rather than being helped as a customer. A simple acknowledgment and friendly interaction go a long way. The ice cream is great, but the service unfortunately makes me not want to come back.

Young man working there on a Friday evening has zero customer service. Rude to the people in front of me and myself. Made a disaster of my Sundae, then handed it to me and said “you can laugh all you’d like but it’s your problem now” and proceeded to stare at me while I waited for a better way to carry my sundae so it wasn’t spilling everywhere and dripping all over me. He also did not ask if I wanted a large or small or if it was to go. So he smushed the entire thing into a lid when I informed him it was to go. No respect, genuinely rude and smug and his co workers tried to tell him to clean up the sundae and he just stared at me awkwardly. I don’t know what it is with customer service these days, but being friendly could change the entire experience.

Manning’s Ice Cream Shop was a perfect stop after dinner at Sushi Thai with my husband and in-laws. We absolutely loved the ice cream selection! There were so many great flavors to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. We already can’t wait to come back when it’s actually warm outside and enjoy it even more. Such a great spot for dessert with family!

This is always a must stop when in pa. There are many locations, each is good. Our favorite ice cream is the Carmel critters. We also liked the barnyard gravy, banana, and caramel sea salt.
